If I don’t like something a person does, I can say it

I don’t have to cut the person out

I can say stop

I can say no

I can say yes

Love can hold everything together

I know where I stand

I open the space for other people to stand on their own ground

Disagreement doesn’t have to be destruction

I can be clear in not knowing and stand my ground

When I am aligned with my own values and truth, I am free

And I am ready for this freedom in love
